Hatha Flow
Slow, intentional postures held with the breath. The grounding place to begin, or to return to when life moves too fast.
A neighborhood yoga studio
Restore. Breathe. Belong. A calm, unhurried place to move with your breath and come home to yourself - whatever the week has held.
Classes & offerings
Four ways to move, breathe, and rest. Whether you want to build heat or simply lie down and let go, there is a mat here with your name on it.
Slow, intentional postures held with the breath. The grounding place to begin, or to return to when life moves too fast.
A warm, flowing practice that links movement to breath. Builds heat, strength, and a quiet kind of focus.
Fully supported, deeply held shapes that invite the nervous system to soften. Rest as the practice, not the reward.
Guided breath and stillness to close the day. No experience needed - only the willingness to sit and listen.
Our philosophy
Serenity began with a simple belief: that everyone deserves one hour where nothing is asked of them. No performance, no perfect pose - only breath, attention, and the quiet that lives underneath a busy life.
Our teachers practice the kind of yoga we want to share - patient, honest, and rooted in the body you have today. We keep our classes small, our lighting low, and our doors open to every age, shape, and level of experience.
“Breathe in calm, breathe out everything else.”
From our community
I came in tense and skeptical. A year later, Serenity is the steadiest hour of my week. The teachers see you, exactly where you are.
The restorative classes gave me my sleep back. I have never felt rushed here - only welcomed. It feels less like a studio and more like a refuge.
After my second child I needed somewhere gentle to rebuild. Serenity met me with patience and warmth. I leave every class lighter.
